A place to rest.

A bench at the bottom of Ercall woods, to sit and rest or just to view the scene over Wellington. Wonderful pathways meandering through the woods and a favourite of ours when we had Alfie ( Lakeland terrier ) to go for a walk . But alas these days ,all I can do is sit in the car and just admire and reminisce - obviously not suitable for my mobility scooter !!

That must be sad for you Beryl, memories of lovely Alfie & your more active days…..lovely memories there though as you sat remembering. It all looks very autumny.
