Lemon Tea

A wonderful day today, just relaxing and enjoying planning holiday, making jam and baking, and enjoying watching videos on Skillshare.

For the first time I made plum jam, as we have plum tree in our garden and we are overloaded with plums, looks tasty just hope it tastes as good as it looks. Baked some scones too. Enjoying planning our holiday to Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden and Prague.

@will_wooderson Delicous have been enjoying it with scones! But next time I think I may use some pectin or jam sugar ....
