1. A lovely 2 ½ mile walk with Millie which was wonderful and even took my small camera to take a few shots along the way.
2. Woohoo got on the scales this morning and lost another 0.6lb - so far lost 6lbs - thanks to my fitness pal helping me stick to my calorie count and walking each day - well yesterday I did the wii fit as it was miserable- rain rain rain!
3. For a change we went to Aldi for our weekly shop - pleasantly surprised.
