1. Weight going in the right direction - only a stone more to go ( I may be dreaming here ....)
2. All went well at the doctor's - straight to the hospital for X-ray on my knee and that was quick - A lovely walk and company with Millie too.
3. Christmas break booked - this year we are off to Munich
