So all begins today and hoping for a fabulous 2020. Hoping to lose at least a stone by March but really hoping for 1 and half. Meal plans done working to 1,200 calories a day and also fitting in a 3 mile walk a day and also Pilates using the Blogilates site that Mille and I used to do. So should be fun, I hope.
