Another great day. Started with Blogilates in the morning.
Started shortening a dress by 13 inches all measured and marked up ready to cut.
Made spicy Mococcan soup ready for lunch. Enjoyed a 4 mile walk and took a few photos using the iPhone with the Moment macro lens - need practice but fairly pleased with the photos. Had lunch then Millie called. A nice hours chat with Millie.
Finished shortening dress. Then did a fast walking youtube video. Made Spicy Chipotle pork burger for dinner. Stayed within my calorie count 1,200 today so hoping that all will be good when I get on the scales next.
