There are many, many wildfires burning in Alaska this summer...1.1 million acres, the last I heard. Air quality has oftentimes been terrible; but it made for an interesting photo a few mornings ago. Please pray for rain for us!
hope you guys get rain! we've had too many fires in Colorado, this summer, as well. the smoke is no fun, either!
does make for some beautiful sunsets, though :/
@snowpaws Thankfully, we did get a bit or rain today and a pretty good downpour a few nights ago. Still battling the fires, though... Colorado is my birthplace...Sterling, to be exact. I love it there!
@picturedrox Thank you! Yes, we got rain alright! We are now quite soggy with it! Temperatures have dropped radically, too; so soon you'll be seeing my photos of fall colors, followed quickly by snow shots! :-)
