Dear friends from Arizona recently sent us a box of lemons, oranges, and grapefruit picked off their very own trees. This is the second year they have blessed us in this way, and I remembered that the lemon juice made incredibly tasty pies. So, today was the day! (I did cheat and used a pre-made pie crust) lol
