My Russian/Ukrainian Collection

I love my matroyska dolls and the other items I brought home from multiple missions trips to the Russian Far East (Kamchatka Peninsula) and to Ukraine! Having studied the Russian language in both high school and in college, it was a treat to finally (many years later) go to countries where it is spoken.

I love your collection! I went on three mission trips to Russia years ago, and I have a collection of matroyska dolls as well. I have been thinking about using them for one of my "flash of red" still life's this week. Your beautiful photo has motivated me to do so. Fav
