Happy Valentine's Day to all you 365ers! This is a coffee hut in Ronan, which is about 1/2 hour from our home. Heading to Ronan this morning to begin some physical therapy, which I'm hoping will help with my low back, hip, and leg issues.

We really like the young woman who did the physical therapy with Ken last year and who will be guiding me through mine. She and her young family have become friends of ours! After meeting with her yesterday and hearing her thoughts, after she took lots of time to hear me describe the challenges I am having, I feel very encouraged that the exercises, etc. she is recommending will certainly be a help.
