I continue to be absolutely amazed at our unseasonably warm temperatures in late October here in the Interior of Alaska. Normally we have snow and freezing temperatures by Halloween. Today it was 55 degrees F!!! So, why am I so astounded to find my violas still blooming?! :-) Gratefully, it provided me with a pretty subject for Macro Monday. Even got a bonus little creature, which I never saw when taking the photo!
Very pretty shot, nice little traveler. We are having a wonderful fall too but today it turned colder and we are starting to hear the word snow in forecasts. Uggh! I was enjoying the fall so very much.
