Palm Trees on the beach

So with today's word being tree I thought it would be easy to come up with a shot. Lots of trees around but when I was passing these palm trees I knew that this was the shot I had to get.
I have enjoyed so many shots from so many of you of palm trees and beautiful beaches so here is mine.
Yes this is Edmonton and yes it is January. Took this shot at the waterpark at West Edmonton Mall. This is from a viewing area they have. We did not go swimming today. We were actually at the mall using up some of our gift cards we got for Christmas but I could not resist these trees for todays shot

Those coloured tubes I can see - are they for sliding kids or for air conditioning! Amazing height here!

Splendid comp and you gotta love those palms! Is that the mall like our Mall of America in Minnesota? Looks alot the same ... and takes more than one shopping day to see it all. Believe me! :)

Looks very interesting. We have a Great Wolf Lodge in the area, but I've never been to it. Years ago we went to The Mall of America in Minneapolis. This shot reminds me of it.
