Around The World----Rural Living

So for a few months in 1997-98 Melody experienced rural living. This is Sonningdale Saskatchewan where we were the pastors of a small church for seven months. At the time it had a school and post office and grocery store. This was the view from our kitchen window. The red and white building was a cafe and the building on the right was the legion hall. It was definitely different living there considering both of us were born and raised in Edmonton. However it was something we will never forget and yes we did have some very good times there
This is a nice photo of an important memory! I am sure it was a place where you touched many hearts.

You took a picture of an old picture? Its good to be able to put them into a safe place! It would be nice to have memories of this place!

I guess my area is considered "rural" living in many ways (more from the the way this area used to be rather than how it is now)- but we don't have tree nymphs!

I was born and raised in a small town in the country that looked just like this! I loved it and miss it often. It was so simple and beautiful. I bet there were a lot of lovely memories here. That is awesome that you were pastors of a church :) it's nice to learn more about you and Melody :)
