So yesterday l posted a shot of the
Low Level Bridge. Today l am featuring the High Level Bridge. The top shot shows the bridge during construction.
The Bridge was built between 1911-13.
It stands 157 feet above the river. When it was built the Canadian Pacific Railroad ran trains across the top down the middle with streetcars running on the outside automobiles and passengers crossed below. Today restored streetcars run across the top as a tourist attraction
