Coronation Park

In 1906 the city of Edmonton purchased some land that eventually they developed into a park. Originally named te West End City Park. It was renamed in 1953 in honour of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II

Very nice! My late mother-in-law was born in Vancouver in 1925. My daughter now has two of her dolls, one of Elizabeth and one of Margaret as children, and also a tea set to commemorate their visit to Canada.
