Coming Down

The Legislative Annex Building was built in the 1950's to house offices of the provincial government.
A few years ago when the government renovated the near by Federal Building they vacated the Annex Building.
They have now decided to tear the building down

Without wishing to offend other commenters here, I have little sympathy with concrete monstrosities such as this. Functional yes, appealing. No. Hope it is replaced with something more appropriate.

It doesn't seem to have the artistic qualities of a lot of old buildings so the land must be more useful to them than the building itself. You should check in on it to watch the progression. These two pictures make a good documentation of its final days.
