Great detail but I think she's an adult. The fledglings aren't meaningfully smaller than the adults (at least not in my yard) but juveniles are noticeably "browner" or more muted in tone. You have very good definition of the reds, not just on the nape but on the lores & even her red belly too. This is what I expect to see in a mature bird.
