I know some of you may hate the travel chaos but I enjoyed every minute of the snow that started last Monday in the North East. Funnily enough we didn't hear about it in the news until it hit the South later in the week ;-) The day went from absolute blizzard to grey skies to sunshine and then rising fog and rose coloured skies in the evening. Just wonderful! My only complaint was the lack of available lay-bys to pull in and stop the car to capture the magic.

this is super, really great light...I'm glad our snow came at the weekend where I could enjoy it...hate it when it's all going on and I'm stuck at work!
