T stuck to water. The Finnish cousins returned today although my mum wasn't feeling up to it.
We opened a bottle of cava and ordered in sushi, bento boxes and ramen from Taro. Excellent Japanese food. The little ones were in fine form and it was only after I'd left that I noticed they'd been picking up things and putting them back in odd places - my Moomin water bottle in the spare room, yesterday's Proms programme in the bath and I eventually found my book tucked behind the mirror in the living room.
3 good things
1. Managed to get more last-minute Proms tickets.
2. The predicted gale wasn't as bad as feared - quite blustery, but lots of sunshine and only a bit of rain.
3. Fernanda appeared in the garden just towards the end of the cousins' visit so the girls got to see her after all.
Your recount of the little ones reminds me on what it's like in my kitchen when hubby empties the dishwasher - a rare occurrence after which I find things in strange places ...
