Dave went all Ottolenghi last night and cooked Buttered prawns with tomato, olives and arak. Arak if you're wondering is some kind of aniseedy-type drink. We didn't have any - but Dave unearthed something of a similar ilk in the drinks cupboard.
Arak tastes just like pernod, my dad used to drink it a lot when I was a teenager, but think supposed to mix with water? Anyway, nice dinner, well done Dave! :-)
