Prosecco seems very popular in the Box' household , I prefer Cava' if we are having fizz , more biscuity and made by the method traditional :) . Cheers
@phil_howcroft we're actually very partial to cava also, being very fond of all things Catalan and it tends to be less sweet.. But alas you never get it on menus unless you're in a Spanish/Catalan restaurant. You should try Kylie Minogue's cava if you haven't already ...
@boxplayer I've seen a Kylie red and a white in Tesco , but never seen a Cava. I will look out for her . If you like a red I can highly recommend a Chilean , Mont Gras Carménère from Waitrose . It's expensive at just under a tenner , but very delicious and waitrose have wine offers fairly regularly, 25% off. Lidl do one too , which is rather good , but only appears when they do a wine tour event
Your mum is so sweet looking, she really is! I've had Kylie's cava too, rather nice. I still have pairs of her lucky knickers I bought in Oz 20 years ago too, lol, when she did an underwear range. Such a vast portfolio!!
