I was shocked when the Lady told me the new light has a single 60 watt LED bulb. It will shine 13.5 miles out onto the Lake, and the one in Canada goes the other 13 miles out. I guess the Way the lens is cut allows for the distance. I also picked up a Lighthouse book to get stamped after visiting them. I managed the climb okay for an old coot!! The days of dragging Kerosene up the steps is done.
