Oh, grand again, Bulldog. . . and I just adore the "Men at Work" comment. This one is especially pleasing as we all KNOW how hard it is to stitch anything in denim!
Too funny. I'll have you know that I went to a restaurant last night which served homemade chips (American chips! Ones with ridges.) The owner came by to tell us of his creation and all I could think was that he must have a kitchen full of little bits creating those little ridges!! And I couldn't tell anyone at the table because surely they would not understand or even comprehend!
So do we all have little dudes that put the stitching in? Or do you secretly run a bots sweatshop in your garage? Hmmm...inquiring minds want to know mr Bulldog.
@cookie123 β He is kind of cute but a nightmare to get to stand up Bernadette. Thanks for the Fav.
@mittens β Thank you, Iβm glad that so many people like my crazy world.
@danette β This is brilliant Danette. I can just see you sitting there on the edge of your seat waiting for the chance to run into the kitchen to check. Oh and Happy Birthday for yesterday, I hope you had a great day.
@seanoneill β Thank you Sean, I enjoy thinking these up.
@lynnb - They look like they are being constructed to the highest level Lynn.
@monkeykid β Now thereβs a thought Therese. It does look like the one in the middle is levering the stitches out? Mayby then need to learn from you, I lovely you collage yesterday.
@shweetheart β What an interesting thing for him to say Helen. You will have to post a picture of his bits, so we can compare?
@vickisfotos@httpgeffed β Thank you Vicki & Colleen, itβs good to be a little crazy sometimes
@ladyjane β Thank you for the FAV, these mean a lot to me..
@fivegoblogging β Thank you FiveGoBlogging (do you not have a real name)?
@deburahiru β Thank you for continuing to comment on my photos Deb. I liked the description on your yesterday, particually the part about them having a 92% memory retention. Does that mean I have the other 8β¦ hang on, what was I saying?
@monika64 β They are great fun Monika. I get the Little-People from a tiny little Model Railway shop near me because I think it is important to support local businesses, but you can get them online.
It is always best to go for a good breed like Hornby or Bachmann and you probably want the 00 gauge little-people. The ones in this photo are Bachmann.
@joluise β I have seen this sort of thing all over the place Jo, but I had not heard of
Christopher Boffoli. I have just Googled him and WOW there is some great inspiration there. Thank you.
@cheribug β Ha ha ha, thank you for the Fav Cheryl. This s not a patch on your βReady for take offβ shot!
@natr β I think everyone has little-people who sometimes do jobs like this but normally break and move things so you canβt find them. Check your sock draw as they tend to nest in there and think about is next time you lose your car keys or a pen?
Your little people need to get together with Maggiemae, she has a little iron man who travels around on a bike, they'd get on famously! You need to put them in a book of escapades, it'd be a Xmas best seller! Fav...
You shots always bring a massive smile to my face! What a fun and super creative idea. Congratulations on the PP very much deserved! Hope you are paying them well, it's a tough bloody job ;)
Graham, this is ace and definitely a fav!
btw, despite ticking the 'remember me' box on sign in, my compputer insists on logging me out...hence I first got to see this on 'the sign in' page :)
@jackie8 - Thanks for the comment and re-introducing me to @maggiemae - I am so sorry Maggie, I thought I was following you but I was not - I am now and I love your little Motorbike!
@rachelmackenzie - Thank you for your kind words Rachel. They don't get paid but they do have free lodgings in the sock draw and as much dust as they can eat.
Love this one! When both my sons were home with us and all three of the menfolk were working in some form of construction or landscaping, this is what doing the laundry seemed like for me! And I see it made PP- it's very clever and deserves it!
I am suitably surprised at Ann (with the wine)'s enthusiasm at me getting my bits out.
And thank you so much for all the +FAV's, they will be happy when I tell them.
