It's been snowing here all day, very lightly, like icing sugar, but it must have left about another 2 to 3 inches on top of what we already had. We set off for a walk down to the park rather later than usual and this was the scene at the roundabout into St Neots. .Just across the roundabout is the Riverside Park. I love the scrunchy sound of boots against freshly fallen snow. Betty loved it and ran through the park with great excitement.
Three good things -
Freshly fallen snow and new photo opps
Visit from our daughter Katherine and her boyfriend Pete
A warm night in beside the fire
that looks a dangerous road now judith.... love the light in your dusk shot.....snow arrived in nottingham a hour ago...snow on snow ....cue chaos tomorrow morning
I like the tracks, yes, it started snowing here early morning with very fine snow and the flakes have become bigger as the day has gone on. We have two to three inches now and still snowing.
It's been a terrible day weatherwise and I don't think I shall be driving to Caddington tomorrow! We have been told to stay at home if there is a lot of snow so I think I shall be working from home in the morning. Great shot of the snow and knowing this bit of road, I like your POV
Oh, we had a lovely evening too, only ours was with the air conditioner cranked up to full blast. Your shot is lovely, Judith, snow is nothing if not photogenic :-)
