We went to the panda breeding centre in Chengdu. A beautifully landscaped park with enclosures for the pandas. These younger ones were in an indoor enclosure so this was taken through glass. The adult pandas - over 4 years old are kept in separate enclosures as they tend to fight. We also saw baby ones just a few months old. The adult bears eat 40 kilos of bamboo per day and are quite fussy eaters.
