We took our grandson on a pretend bear hunt today (as in the famous story), jn the woods in our local park. We had lots of fun, finding thistles, bees, dragonflies, and fungi, as well as clambering over tree roots and avoiding the nettles. We heard a bit of growling, and did eventually find Grandad Bear!
