Belted Galloways

A Scottish breed of beef cattle, these Galloways are raised by a local farmer in Richmond. His small farm is located next to the West Dyke and periodically he herds his cattle across the dyke to graze in a fenced off area on Sturgeon Banks, a tidal marsh between the dyke and the sea. I took this shot from the dyke facing west.
