Museum of broken relationships

This may seem like a strange photo. It is from a very original place: a museum of broken relationships.
This museum was originally created here in Zagreb, in 2009, and they already had many exsibitions and interactions all over the world.
The museum displays items collected from regular people all over the world that represent the broken relationship.
Each item has a note with it written by the original owner (no names). Some stories are short as couple of words or maybe a sentence, others are entire diary pages, or lists like 10 reasons why...
Some stories are fun, like realy LOL fun, others are heartbreaking, some are just sad. There are couple of really wierd ones, as well as abusive, some mature, some innocent and sweet, some shallow others very deep...
Each story comes with an object representing a relationship, some make you smile or even lough, others make you cry...
This axe has a pretty long story with it, but the final conclusion is much different from the first thought one might have... It says that axe was used for therapeutical purposes only. (shreded the furniture after her partner left).
There was a broken big garden dwarf that was thrown on partners car, some plush toys, a toaster, letters, diaries, books, a bright red wedding dress...

It is very interesting museum, about people just like us, without editing.

So if you have a chance to visit such museum, go for it. It is very alive and impressive and different.
I took my teenage girls there and they liked it a lot.

My children are on spring break, so if we don't travel, I always take them to our city center to see a museum or two, walk the streets, take a bite of something sweet in some popular or new place. We become tourists in our own city. It's always fun.
So today's post is a diary style.
sounds like a fun and interesting day! Love the picture!

@maree_sanderson @inthecloud5, Thank you for your response and for reading this! The story with this axe was written with lot of humour, so it leaves you smilling and loughing.

Interesting picture which at first made me think that the ghost of Lizzie Borden (yes, I know she was acquitted) had perhaps been around. Sounds like a fascinating museum.
