Beautiful canyon in the grand mountain Velebit. I hope you can sea a the canyon. It is not too sharp but I liked the idea to take a photo of ground zero. I must say I feel great at this minimal altitude where I am spending my days at the moment.
Any way, there in those mountains is a great NP, with hiking trails, cold creek, free climbing rocks, wild animals- if you go far from central path- endemic plants, woods, caves, and all those things that make an NP. And after spending a day hiking and climbing you get to dive into the sea under the mountain feet...
