This is a strange traffic light to see on the streets of LA. Normally they’re large and bolted into the ground. I’m guessing something devastating happened to the original traffic light so they had to put up a temporary one…and chain it to the ground to deter theft. Traffic lights sure have it hard these days.

@lynnb - haha! In some countries, instead of going to traffic school, they do make people who disobey traffic instructions handle the traffic.
