(Day 240) - Underneath the Arachnid

I'm sure many of you remember my little friend from last week: http://365project.org/cjphoto/365/2013-10-03

Well we had a big rain the other day and his web was ruined. However, went outside today and was amazed to find the web fixed...perfectly...like it had never been torn apart!

So to celebrate I tried a perspective that Lynda (aka @lyndag ) suggested: "Try a macro shot of the underside from the other side of the web, you really will be amazed!" Thank you for the idea Lynda, I stand amazed! He looks just as creepy from this side. o_o Plus I like how his behind looks like a face with a mustache! :D
A awesome capture

That's quite a spider! Reminds me of some of Jason's ( @bobfoto) images which I've always loved.

@bobfoto - Really? He's a she! haha. I'll have to keep that in mind. Thank you Jason! And your spider shots are really cool!

@cjphoto - Thanks... I am making an asumption here, because most, if not all the Orb Weavers of which this lady belongs to, tend to have the female many times larger than the small often overlooked males.

@bobfoto -Oh I see! Really cool to know that. Thanks for the species name of the spider too!

@taffy - Thank you so much Taffy! Thanks for the link to Jason's shots. I'm really enjoying them too!

@lyndag - Thank you again Lynda for the idea and for the Fav!

@lynnb - Thank you Lynn! It does seem like it could glow in the dark! Maybe I can figure that out for a photo ;)

@cjphoto - it is quite interesting watching a male or several males climbing and walking over and under a female, especially the giant Golden Orb Weavers, those blokes are tiny!
