(Day 308) - O is also for Out-of-Focus Photography

Like yesterday, I'm doing another letter "O" technique that's breaking more rules.

Usually, I absolutely hate when my photos go out of focus. It can be so irritating on a subject you really want to get sharp. Recently, I've seen many of you guys purposing setting your photos out-of-focus and you've been getting some outstanding bokeh images. Thought I'd give it a try on the wall paneling that my dad put up in our kitchen recently. Gotta say, it was fun not worrying about sharpness. ◕‿◕

Have you ever made a creative out-of-focus image?
Wonderful image!

Very cool out of focus image Chris, I love the bokeh... I haven't made a creative one but perhaps I will now! :)

Never tried out of focus on purpose but it still seems to happen a lot! However they are never nice like this shot - it's lovely, I like the tones.

I have, and I quite enjoy them! I have done them in camera and in post processing, although I do prefer the ones from the camera.

This reminds of when the computer screen is not getting all its info and the pictures come out in cubes of color.
