The day started off cloudy. We got a little sunshine this afternoon. There are storms on the way. Some parts of Tennessee already have tornado warnings.
I hung around a wild daisy patch for my pic today. I didn't realize when I got this bee that he had a little friend with him.:0)
I almost got a pic of a katydid. I was focusing in on him, when the kitten jumped on him and ate him!!! I could have still gotten a pic of his leg. That's all that was left. LOL!
I just love how you get so close to the bugs you photograph! (I'm sure it's your lens, but it's still really cool!!) And your yard must be BEAUTIFUL because of all the flowers!! Mine are just barely starting to bloom. lol
Superb shot; great close-up and I love the extra bug. Those eyes are huge, by the way! I'm afraid I laughed when I read about the poor katydid. Bad kitty!!
Glad you were able to get a replacement camera. You would take good photos with a pin-hole camera. Ever tried it? I like you daisy as much as the bugs do.
