Deja vu by cjwhite

Deja vu

I didn't really mean to post another Monarch today. I took a lot of pics, but for one reason or another, I didn't like them.

I was lucky to get several pics of this Monarch. I even got two open shots, but they were blurry.

Thank you so much for your views and comments! They keep me going! :0)
Sometimes you can't help what you capture...two days in a row is OK when you have a beautiful shot like this.

Awesome clarity! Wonderful capture! I'm just starting a book about an entymologist, called "Sanctuary Lane," by Jane Urquhart. Her job is to track Monarch butterflies, so I'm learning a lot!

Beautiful colours, it reminds me of a toy I had when I was little. You had glass plates to hand from yuor window with patterns in and you could paint hte patterns to make "stained glass" patterns. One I had was of a monarch butterfly and the right colours in your photo reminded me of it.

I love monarchs! Probably because they're the only ones I can name.

The black lines look like giant veins running through it's wings. Beautiful close-up!!

Your butterfly pics are fantastic. I need to be more patient and start taking time to take a few myself.
