I got to make a quick trip to the Greenway this afternoon. I was very excited to find some friendly dragonflies. This is a female Green Pondhawk.. I had to lean over a railing to get this shot. I wasn't too worried about my camera, but I did think I was going to lose my glasses! I don't know if we would ever be able to find them if they fell in the murky, swamp water. Jeff would have to go in for them. He saw another snake today. I'm glad I missed it. He said it was bigger than the ones we saw last week!

lol I am too young for those lips,, plus I dont think we had them in Oz, but I remember seeing them on TV, and yes I can see the wax lips on this guy.. hahaha great shot..

Never seen one like this before but you really captured the some fantastic details. You are good! Glad you didn't lose camera, glasses, or yourself! I remember the wax lips...we all had them....too funny. I expect we will see this photo on the PP!
