This is post number 322 in my main 365 album and the first time I've posted a black and white pic. In my quest to go beyond my borders and get out of my comfort zone, I edited this pic with a box camera effect. I LOVE color, so I thought this would hurt more than it did. LOL! Fuzzy is a dark color anyway and so was the tree. I do miss the color in her pretty little nose and eyes. :0)
Thank you for your lovely comments and faves on yesterday's pic!!! :0)
I love this in black and white! I know how hard it is to change to b & w. Most of the time I leave my images color because I LOVE COLOR! But this is a really good shot to turn b&w! Great job and beautiful cat!
she looks Huggable either b&w or in living color----btw,thanks for your comment-here's the link on how to make bokeh effects-enjoy ! http://www.robertsdonovan.com/?p=702
WOW!! I love this photo in black and white! I agree with @bradsworld - I thought of Halloween immediately... but maybe that's because I'm still uploading my October photos to my project. LOL! This photo is magical!
In high school, because our yearbook had very little color pages, due to expense, I shot mostly in B&W. I look back on those photos and cringe, but it's a learning experience. This is a wonderful shot, for your first B&W post.
I have the same problem with posting B&W. I feel like something is always missing when I turn a photo B&W. I need to get out of my comfort zone too. Seeing what a great job you did is encouraging. SO, I guess my next photo will be black and white!!
