Stokesley Mill Wheel

Was at the dentist today and thought I would take a photo of the old mill wheel which is now stood in its own enclosure. It used to be a part of the mill along Mill Rigg , the mill is now long gone but I remember as a child part of a dare was going into the dry stream bed and under the mill itself to see the wheel standing in all its original glory. That was over 50 years ago where does the time go all I know is it looks as rickerty as I feel!.

@willowdragon I think some of the wood was replaced, its starting to look worse for wear now, in need of a face lift again! It dates back to the 1860s.
