Yes to get done before Christmas is the aim, just the sausage rolls to do on Christmas Eve and hopefully that's the end of the baking. :). Biscotti is really worth the effort, I think it's nicer than the bought but gets ate too quickly!

Thank you all, if I could send you all one I would , they are all packed along with the rest of them in air tight boxes awaiting for Christmas when they go down a treat with cream and confectioners custard, I don't have any trouble finding them homes!!

Thanks Alison , these took longer than expected by about an hour, I find my microwave/grill/ oven works better than my oven for meringues but can't get a lot in at once:(
