Steel

A much photographed view along Redcar sands is the Steel works with its belching steam chimneys. It is great to see it in production again even if it is run by foreign investors. A sight which we didn't expect to see after the silence.....

Wow what a powerful image (excuse the pun) with all that steam belching out this looks like a shot from the industrial revolution. Wonderful detail in the foreground too and right through the shot. Love the birds which says nature can live here too. Huge Fav Margaret I love this shot!!

Interesting industrial image. There is so much textures in this. The foreground is great with ground textures and the smoke stacks and machinery are a hard texture against that soft front texture. Love the birds flying freely too. FAV

wow, wow, and wow, what an incredible image, instant fav. i could look at this and then look at this some more. as AnaZad said, it reminds me of something i have read but i can't place it, but would hang it on my wall in a heartbeat.
