Another year another Anniversary, this time my daughters. Decided to do something entirely different and the flash of the camera shows the detail well. I am really pleased with the finished card.

For those crafters who are interested, it’s a 3D embossing folder embossed on black then coloured with muted graphite water soluble pencils, dried then gilded with 3 colors of gilding wax and finally a spray of clear varnish. It was matt and layered onto black and rose gold card stock that I had watermark stamped with the dahlia that I stamped colored and cut out to use as an embellishment. I was pleased with the result and at least I know it’s an individual card that they will not have duplicated!!

Your work is truly extraordinary, Margaret! I fully appreciate what you've made here as I was purchasing stamps in the earliest days and soon buying all the associated products to create cards! I do very little on the hands-on creations anymore, but have a number of friends who still do this as well. I just wanted you to know how much I fully appreciate the time it takes to do this! It's gorgeous!
