This couple in the foreground where very busy looking in the rock pools under the cliffs at Sandsend, the temps were 23c, such a hot day.

What an interesting place. What are they looking for? BTW - it is 35 C right now at 9:30 in the morning. You would melt!

Beautiful view and a lovely capture of it. If 23C is a hot day then what would be about 38C like we sometimes have in Summer.

The temps for May were very warm considering the week before they were only 5-7c !! We do on occasion get temps in the mid thirties but that would be considered a heatwave! Summer temps here are on average between 18 and 26c, and as I write this the spring temps are back down to about 16c which is normal for early may.
