All along the roadsides these berries are weighing the branches of the trees down. I would have thought the birds would make short work of them but they don’t seem interested at the moment.

An abundance of berries , great find and shot - perhaps the birds are wiser than we are and eating other available foods, saving these for the more severe weather !!
