Still flowering by craftymeg

Still flowering

They are still flowering and covered in greenfly! I don’t think we have ever had a rose flower into January and have the bugs as well!

The weather has been mild lately but we have had snow, frosts and minus 3 and 4 temps a mixed bag but never roses.
Better on black

Thank you for all your lovely comments and favs all are appreciated and welcome.
Beautiful colr. Hop the flowers open before it snows again.

Such a lovely rose Margaret , we are having such a mild winter o far !! I have two pots of margarites an my backdoor step and they are a ball of flowers again although I pruned off all the flower in Sept/Oct . IF it goes on like this they will continue to flower into summer ( wishful thinking !!)

Lovely blooms. Are you having to treat the insects, or will possible cold weather kill them off?

Wow! Beautiful color and tough bugs!

Lovely shot of these beautiful buds. You might have to spray the Aphids if you want them to bloom nicely ;-)

@randystreat
no we won’t be treating these, I should think the weather will eventually get them, but I have no idea how they are still alive! We will cut them back when they have finally gone.
