It was out of the blue and so nice to see our daughter and son in law. A lovely Easter present, they popped through to see us and their first visit since before Christmas. It was breezy but the sun was warm, we put cushions out for them to be comfy while they ate the picnic they had brought with them. We enjoyed it so much, we have missed them so much.
It was hard to believe that my daughter had stood in the same place 22 years ago under the cherry tree, in her wedding gown for a photo on her wedding day, their anniversary was yesterday.
