Ok, so sticking with my all-manual, sooc (with crop), here is my first ever attempt at "high-key" photography. I took my tea kettle out into the sun and used my white (stains included) carving board as a back drop. I realize that reflection is probably not the best idea for high key, but I loved how the spout of the kettle from side view looked like a fish coming to the surface to get some tasty morsel (I'm imagining a mosquito--eat em all fish!). I also hoped to capture some of the sky (looks like I'm in there, though--sigh). Thanks again for the challenge. I'm doing this as a break from grading, but back to work I go! http://365project.org/discuss/general/17025/one-night-stand-four
@jo13 Thanks Jo. So much to learn, but this was fun. I'm going intown tonight so I have to take my camera to capture something more urban (I'm in the Suburbs of Atlanta). :)
@steampowered I can totally see how you'd miss it--you are a very busy super photographer! I really appreciate your stopping by, though, and I always appreciate your comments! :)

The only high key I ever shot was strictly by accident. LOL
