I make this every year. Two bags fresh cranberries, 3/4 cup orange juice, a dash of lemon juice, 3/4 cup pomegranate juice, lemon and orange zest, ginger, and 1-2 cups sugar. Put in a pot, cook on med stirring, til the berries "pop" with a crack in them. Gets better every day in fridge. I use it in sparkling waters and drinks, on the plate, over ice cream, and as a topping for desserts. It's a stunner for the tastebuds!
@summerfield Sorry, forgot to reply! Busy with two teens, and a back injury. Photography has been slow and I'm mostly using my phone these days to post stuff. I'm considering selling all my gear to go mirrorless in the coming years--especially if my back doesn't improve! Hope you are well.
