@darylo shot of whiskey, a tablespoon of honey, and a teaspoon of lemon! Works every time! Don't forget to bundle up with about five blankets after you take the shot!
@grammyn no whiskey here but I've been bundling and did honey/lemon. In the middle of one night, i found my daughter cutting up lemons and she had my brother's honey out (he has honey bees). I asked her what she was doing. She said she was killing the germs with the lemon juice and soothing her throat with honey. She finally fell asleep after that.
