That looks so good. I'm using lemons more and more in various dishes. They really freshen up things. I do an orza risotto with various veggies and lemon zest and juice. Really tasty. I'm not so keen however on the preserved lemons ... I find I have to put in way less than recipes call for - they are very strongly flavoured. Nice capture! Bon appetit!
@jamibann preserved lemons are great in something that has to really stew--they are strong and I have never made them myself. I know I had it in a persian (I think) dish that was heavenly! I buy lemons and limes by the bag full almost every two weeks. Citrus is my go to for so many things!
