It Wednesday, it’s the 1st of December and it an Ivy day.
She has just started to enjoy books. We are at the stage where we read the same book over and over and over and over again! I am a good reader now, I know all the words in the book
A lovely shot, it's wonderful to be able to share a book with a child. During the lockdown Katharine and I videoed ourselves reading and sent them to be played for our grandaughter, so helping to keep her in contact with us. She followed the story in her book as she listened to us read the story. Not as good as being there to read to her, but a reasonable second best.
This shot got my attention, because of the composition and the beautiful illustrations in this book. I am a mom of two and I also had this sweet period reading the same book over and over again with both of my children. Precious moments, you are so blessed with many children and grandchildren! :)
