Splinted

New splint instead of pot 2 weeks after surgery to plate the bone. This is it for the next 4 weeks whilst it continues to heal.
Currently my wrist is very unhappy ( code for extremely painful). I am supposed to be doing exercises to help mobilise the wrist. It might be a few days before I get to those!

I did this about 10 years ago & have metal work inside! I remember having physio & I thought she was going to break it again!!!

Oh ouch! Hope you heal up quickly. It’s worth doing the exercises for the end result, but not at all pleasant, I know.

Well I suppose splints rather than a pot is progress. I hope it soon becomes less painful.
